Making the move to Mount Gambier eight years ago to take up the role of Associate Dean Teaching and Learning with UniSA, Judy’s grant-writing skills helped secure $18m in Federal Government funding to commission and develop the university’s Mount Gambier campus.

Completing a Bachelor of Commerce, Judy began her career in accounting and finance before moving into consulting and education, teaching corporate governance, ethics and financial reporting and analysis through the Deakin Graduate School of Business MBA program.

With a current focus on grant applications, research and strategy and by building strong partnerships with the Federal Government, UniSA and ForestrySA, Judy’s work has been recognised as integral to the establishment of the Forestry Research Hub.

In her spare time, Judy enjoys helping out her local community, by assisting service clubs and sporting groups with auditing and grant writing services and mentoring and supervising PhD students.
